Role Setup

Sale and customer care is a team effort and all roles working close with customers are therefor really important. In CRM Accelerate we have focused on 4 roles (Sales Repsonsible, Sales Team Manager, Marketing Manager and Support Rep.

Those roles have different focus and permissions. Read more about each role below.

Sales Responsibility

The sales responsible is working close with the customer through the whole lead to order sales process and then as a account manager, working with upsell, when the lead has become a customer.

For the Sales Responsible to be able to do this as efficient as possible the sales rep has 5 different dashboards

  • Lead - In this dashboard the sales rep can work with prospecting and lead qualification

  • Pipeline - The pipeline dashboard gives the sales rep a great overview of all ongoing deals and is a great support when working to close new deals

  • Delivery & Service - This dashboard lets the sales rep follow the delivery process and gives the sales rep possibility to see support cases

  • My Accounts - An overview of the customers the sales rep is responsible for. With a good overview the sales rep will not forget any of the customer and can work with upsell in a structured way

  • To Do - Here the sales responsible can find all scheduled activities. With several CRM Boards the sales rep is also given the possibility to work efficient with phone calls and task.

Sales Team Manager

This role is setup to help the sales manager coach and guide the sales team. The key for this is to be able to analyze the sales process, see how the sales team is working against there budgets and understand what is behind those numbers.

For the Sales Manager to be able to do this as efficient as possible the sales manager has 3 different dashboards

Lead - In this dashboard sales manager can analyze the Lead Board. How long have the leads been leads, how long does the qualification process take, filter down by sales rep to be able to analyze and then guide and coach the sales rep individual and the sales team in group.
In this dashboard the sales manager can also help with prospecting, find new leads for the sales team to work with.

Pipeline - In this dashboard sales manager can analyze the Pipeline Board. How long have the sales team worked with different deals, what is average amount of deals won, what is average amount of deals lost, why do the sales team lose certain deals an win other. The sales manager can filter down by sales rep to be able to analyze and then guide and coach the sales rep individual and the sales team in group.

Analysis - In this dashboard the sales manager can see different sales related kPI's and find the sales reports needed to analyze the sales, the sales team and individual sales reps. The sales manager can also find reports based on sales activities and marketing campaigns here. It is also in this dashboard the sales manager can setup different sales and sales acitivity related budgets that the sales team will be measured against.

Marketing Manager

This role is setup to help the marketing manager to run there marketing work and support the rest of the organisation with different marketing activities.

Lead - In this dashboard the marketing manager gets an overview of all leads in the system and where they are in the qualification process. This will give the marketing department an overview as input when planing and executing new campaigns against leads.

The marketing manager also have the possibility to help with the prospecting of new leads.

Marketing Management - In this dashboard the marketing manager can plan, execute and follow up on different campaigns. In this dashboard the marketing team also finds marketing request from the rest of the organisation, a sales rep can ask for help with setting up new templates, launch a new campaign etc. The marketing team can in a structured way work with all request and approve and execute them or deny the request and send feed back to the requestor

Document and Templates - Here the marketing team can work with email and campaign email templates

Support Team

This role is setup to help the Support Team to handle customer care.

Support - In this dashboard the Support Team see all cases in the Support Board. Via the board the team can see all cases and who is assigned, where in the process the cases is.

The dashboard also gives the support team access to kpi´s and reports to be able to analyze there work.
